We provide FREE worldwide shipping within 8 days*

All Ombrella Parasols items will be dispatched within 3 working days after your order has been processed, subject to availability. Ombrella Parasols start counting the 8 shipping days after the day the purchase is made.

Our made-to-order items (true contact us first), in case there is no stock or a special request, will be shipped within 2-4 weeks of the order date. We will update you once your item is ready. 

We aim to dispatch orders as quickly as possible, but please order from us with enough time to receive your goods. If the order is urgent, please let us know, and we will do everything we can to help, within reason.

*PLEASE NOTE: Delivery times and costs are estimated, and we are not responsible for any delays in shipping due to holidays, shipping delays or payment authorization.

International delivery will be through PDP.

All parcels will require a signature on the receipt, and we cannot send them to Postal Boxes.
