RETURNS/REFUNDS 

Items can be mailed back to us at your own cost* to Ombrella Parasols RTCS (Return To Customer Service) at the following address:

Items requiring a refund/ Return can be mailed back to us at OMBRELLA PARASOLS RTCS providing:-

1. The total parasol still remains intact. Items will not be 
accepted or refunded if removed items or with any signs of damage.

2. You contact us at the following email address, info@ombrellaparasols.com to notify 
us and give us a reason for a refund within 7 days of delivery.

3. You return any purchased item within 10 days of 
the date of delivery. Items not received within 30 days after delivery will not be accepted.

4. Refunds are only issued for full-price items only. Gift cards, sale or discount items will not be accepted.

5. The refund has to be agreed by our team.

*6. After we receive your return and providing these criteria have been met, we will issue a full refund excluding the cost of shipping**.

7. We do not provide exchanges. Any items requiring exchange will have to be refunded first and re-purchased through the store.

8. Size changes: If you would like to exchange a size or style, then please notify us within 7 days of receiving your goods and then send us your items at the above address. Goods should be returned within 30 days of delivery.

Please provide a tracking number and say the item is a return or gift on the declaration. As long as all goods have been checked by us, we can then send you your exchange provided. You pay for your own shipping costs.  

FAULTY GOODS

For faulty goods, please send us an email within 7 days of delivery to info@ombrellaparasols.com. Please explain what the fault is and return the items to us within 30 days of delivery.

**As long as the item has not been put outside or is damaged by yourself, we will either refund you the full amount plus shipping or send out a new item to you at our cost.
